2. Dedicated Resources
PuffPizza® Ltd has allocated internal responsibility for monitoring and implementing the GEP to the Director and Operations Manager. These individuals are responsible for reviewing HR practices, supporting inclusive hiring, and ensuring staff awareness of equality policies.
3. Data Collection & Monitoring
While currently a small team, we commit to:
- Collecting sex-disaggregated data on staff during hiring and annual team reviews.
- Reviewing gender balance in hiring and management roles.
- Including gender data in internal reporting where applicable.
4. Training & Awareness
We commit to:
- Annual internal training on unconscious bias and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Sharing free online gender awareness resources (e.g. EC GEAR tool) with staff and advisors.
- Integrating inclusive practices into company operations and brand representation.

Measures against gender-based violence and harassment | Zero tolerance policy. Staff are made aware of the procedures to report any inappropriate behavior safely and confidentially. |
